DDA Completion Inspection Request (General Works)

1. Copy of Valid Fit out Permit
2. Dubai Civil Defence Completion certificate
3. Tenants Acceptance Letter for Completed Fit-out works (Original on Letter Head)
4. Tenants Official Trade License incorporating new office (Business location to be updated on license)
