Dubai Municipality Approval for Clinic

Dubai Municipality (DM) providing all kind of approval for the establishment in Dubai region. It includes planning and construction of building by maintaining the architectural heritage of the United Arab Emirates. As an expert team we can provide all kind of Building permit approvals to the respective areas which includes Clinic, Saloon, Restaurant, Commercial Building, Mezzanine Floor and Restaurant projects.

Documents required to Obtain FitOut NOC from DM and DCD are as follows:

Documents for DM approval for Clinic

  1. Trade license copy of Tenant (or Trade Name reservation + Initial trade license copy)
  2. Copy of RERA (Ejari)
  3. NOC from Building owner/real estate/management
  4. Affection plan (plot drawing)
  5. DM approved existing drawing (municipality stamped drawing(as built))
  6.  DHA approval
  7. Dubai Municipality Public health approval

 

 

When you are going to set up a new Clinic in Dubai or modify exisiting business location, then you must obtain approvals from Dubai Municipality Health Department and DHA (Dubai Health Authority) prior to start site works.

  • Design your shop as per DM and DHA requirement
  • Keep with you all important documents such as Trade license,Ejari,Affection plan…etc
  •  This service is free of charge (DM does not charge any fee for drawing review and aproval )
  • Mode of service is “Over the counter”, no need of any advanced appointment booking

alternatively you may please send your proposed drawing along with all document to DM health department hspermits@dm.gov.ae  (typical respond time is 1 working day)

  1. Key plan (high light our unit with rev-cloud)
  2. Existing floor plan
  3. Proposed floor plan
  4. Flooring layout (eg:-ceramic, parquet, carpet…)
  5. Ceiling layout  (eg:- 60×60 gypsum tile, plain gypsum, aluminium…..etc)
  6. Seating and equipment layout
  7. Section (internal height from floor to soffit and floor to false ceiling)

List of Drawing to DM Mechanical

  1. Existing HVAC layout (showing FCU and Fresh air)
  2. Proposed HVAC layout (showing FCU details,Ducting,VCD,CFM,duct Size,…and Fresh air details)
  3. Existing drainage layout (showing nearest connection)
  4. Proposed drainage layout (including pipe size,floor trap,hand wash,toilet,…etc)

Fire fighting and alarm Drawing

  1. Existing floor plan (2hrs Fire rated wall in Red colour,1hr in Blue)
  2. Proposed floor plan (2hrs Fire rated wall in Red colour,1hr in Blue)
  3. Existing sprinkler layout (sprinkler pipes are in Green colour and sprinkler head in Red colour)
  4. Proposed sprinkler layout (sprinkler pipes are in Green colour and sprinkler head in Red colour)
  5. Existing smoke/heat detector layout (circuits are in Red colour)
  6. Proposed smoke/heat detector layout (circuits are in Red colour)
  7. Existing emergency & exit light layout (circuits are in green colour)
  8. Proposed emergency & exit light layout (circuits are in green colour)

Above drawings are DCD requirements only. Obtain DCD drawing approval Prior to conduct site inspection from DCD.
